Who I am
EquiSpirit is run by Jen Pritchard, providing energy healing sessions for horses and riders.

What information I collect
If you contact me by email, social media, or through a booking form, I may collect:

• Your name
• Your contact details (such as email, phone number, or social media handle)
• Information you share about your horse or your wellbeing that is relevant to booking a session

How I use your information

•To arrange and deliver sessions
•To respond to your enquiries
•To keep basic records of your bookings

I do not share your personal information with third parties, unless required by law.

Cookies and analytics
This website is built on Google Sites. Google may collect anonymous usage data such as page views. If Google Analytics is active, it is used only to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is stored.

Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of sessions
Energy healing and Access Bars are complementary practices. They are not a substitute for veterinary care or medical treatment. Always consult your vet or doctor for health concerns.

2. Payment
Sessions are payable at the time of booking or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged.

4. Client responsibility
For horse sessions, please ensure your horse is safely handled and that the environment is appropriate for energy work. For rider sessions, please wear comfortable clothing and allow time to relax afterwards.

5. Limitation of liability
I will always work with care and professionalism. However, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as every horse and rider responds differently.
