Sessions are quiet and unhurried. Nothing is forced. I follow what the horse or the person needs on the day.
Gentle, intuitive energy work to help horses release what they have been carrying, whether it is from a single event, a build-up over time, or emotions taken on from their rider.
Each session is different. Some horses let go quickly, others take their time. What often changes is not just how they feel in the moment but how they meet the world afterwards. A horse that once carried tension might move with more ease or show more trust in being handled. An anxious horse may begin to settle more quickly, finding a steadier rhythm in daily life.
For many owners, the transformation shows up in the partnership. Working together feels lighter, with more flow and understanding. There is more softness, more listening, and more willingness to try. It is not about forcing change but about giving the horse the chance to return to themselves and letting you both find more ease together.

Access Bars is a gentle hands-on therapy that focuses on 32 points on the head. These points are connected to different areas of life, thought patterns, and emotions we carry. By lightly holding these points, energy begins to release, creating more ease in both body and mind.
Every rider experiences it differently. Some feel a deep sense of rest, others notice their thoughts quieten, or that they are carrying less weight emotionally. The body often softens, breathing becomes easier, and many describe a feeling of lightness that stays with them afterwards.
For riders, this can make a real difference. With less tension and mental noise, it is easier to stay calm, focused, and present in the saddle. Sessions can also help ease stress carried from everyday life, which horses often pick up on. When you feel clearer and more balanced, your horse responds to that shift too — creating a calmer, more connected partnership.
Every session is different. I tune into the energy that’s there in the moment — whether it’s with your horse or with you. Nothing is forced. It’s a calm space that allows release to happen in its own way.
Just bring yourself (and your horse, if it’s a horse session). There’s nothing special you need — an open mind and the willingness to relax is more than enough.
Not really. For horses, I’ll guide you as we go so they feel safe and supported. For Access Bars, you simply lie back, fully clothed, and let yourself switch off for a while.
Some horses release a lot in a single session, while others take things more gradually. Both are perfectly normal.
Think of it like when we have a massage, meditate, or give ourselves time to switch off. One session can make a real difference, but regular sessions help us stay more balanced, comfortable, and clear. It’s the same for horses.
Energy work can be a one-off release or a pampering reset, but ongoing sessions, even once a month, help your horse feel and move at their best.
This pony had avoided the school for 18 months after a bad experience. He was happy hacking out, but his young rider felt stuck and did not know how to move forward.
After a few sessions he began to feel more confident and willing. Step by step they reintroduced him to the school, and he was calmer and more open to being ridden there again. His rider could finally enjoy schooling, not just hacking.
A youngster would often spook at noises behind him, sometimes running for home. He felt unsettled, and his rider wanted to do what she could to help him.
Through a handful of sessions he became steadier and more relaxed. His owner also gained a better understanding of what was happening for him, which helped them both feel safer and more connected.
A new arrival was struggling to settle. Left alone in his stable, he would box walk and become anxious, always looking for something to fix his worry. In the first session he was restless and hesitant — not saying no, but not ready to let go.
By the second session his owner could not believe the change. He began to relax and open up, showing more ease in his new surroundings and more affection towards his people. Over time he grew calmer in himself and more at home in his new life.
This horse carried tension and anxiety from past experiences before his current rider took him on. He seemed unsettled around people and uneasy in himself.
After a week of intensive sessions followed by weekly support, he became lighter and happier. Under saddle he stretched more freely, and his bond with his rider grew into a deeper trust on both sides. Together they found a more confident, willing partnership.
Every horse and rider I work with is unique. If you’re unsure whether a session is right for you, please reach out. I’m always happy to talk things through before you decide.
